Would be cool to have these both in the lock screen of my iphone and the main view of the apple watch:
Whatever Dexcom says my blood glucose is at
I've seen the dexcom widget being used by @marycomeau, but I haven't been able to find it from my iphone, despite G6 app being installed and used daily.
Also, the watch has the bg-field that updates every 15 minutes (which can't be made more frequent, thanks apple). However, in the watch face I'm using there's no way I'm able to quickly glimpse it while riding a bike. The font is so damn small I need a magnifying glass to see what it says.
Current spot-price
I'm afraid that the hourly price of eletricity will be of interest in a few months time. I don't know if anyone's yet written the integratio between fingrid's api and the displays of my phone and watch, but the hardest part of writing this will probably be the inertia of starting the work
The next bus
This can't probably be done as a widget/watch face complication :D but I've had a dream of streamlining the workflow of
- Open https://reittiopas.tampere.fi
- Click "Buses and nearby stops on map"
- Yes I'm sure this site needs my location, like I've been at least a thousand time before. Persisting the permission to access the location might be impossible in safari, gotta research if this is possible in a PWA or if I really need to write a real app to query reittiopas api.
- Find the actually relevant stop that's consistently the bottom of the list. Would be cool to be able to set up the stops I'm most probably the most interested in.
